Problem of study: The problem of the study is related with the main question: What is the relationship of learning disability to the female delinquents of delinquents and non-delinquents? Study population and sample: The study sample was randomly selected from the study population, which is representing in the female delinquents and non-delinquents in city of Riyadh. A number of (85) delinquents were selected within the reform institutions in the city of Riyadh and their age was round (15 to 18) years. The category of the non-delinquents: It consists of a number of female students at secondary schools in city of Riyadh with number (215). The study method and its tools: The descriptive associative approach was used, and the researcher was relied on the measurement of depression: The Arab picture of Beck scale of depression: (Damati and Abdul-Khaliq 1421H) Learner Disability Scale: (Al-Zawahra, 2006). Main results: The study concluded to the existence of a positive correlation with statistical significance at level of significance 0.05 and less between the dimensions of learning disability and depression, also the study concluded to the existence of differences with statistical significance at level (0.01) and less between the actual average of the scale of the learner disability and the total score of the scale of depression from one side and the prospected averages from another side with the female delinquents inside the reform institutions, also, the degrees of depression among the female delinquents reached up to (27,3) and reflects that the depression among the female delinquents is high. Also, there aren’t differences with statistical significance at level of 0.05 and less in the degrees of depression with the study population by difference of numbers if the family members. Also, there are differences at level of 0.05 and less in the degrees of depression with the population the study due to the difference of educational level. Also the results show the non-existence of differences with statistical significance at level 0.05 and less in each of the dimensions (the expectation of failure and inability to control, negative image of the student in the eyes of others) among the members of the study according to the difference of the monthly income of the family. The existence of differences with a statistical significance at level 0.05 and less in each of the following dimensions (the expectation of failure and inability to control, the negative image of the student in the eyes of others, self-blame), in addition to the total score of the measurement of learning inability among the members of the study according to difference of the level of education. Study recommendations: 1) It is necessary to help female student delinquents to get over the negative and irrational thoughts towards themselves, in order not to surrender to the psychological pressures and external influences. 2) The importance of creation a family atmosphere to fit the female students and help them to get rid of the psychological problems which face them in their lives. 3) Train the female students on the psychological hardness, and to attack the feelings of frustration and failure, and overcome the surrounding circumstances. 4) The necessity to build the students positive levels of for self-worth and improve their skills and behaviors to obtain respect of others and their approval. 5) Achievement the psychological balance for the female students to protect them from falling into the delinquent behavior, and the consequences of damage to themselves and their community.
