الإحتياجات التدريبية لمستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي المدمجين : دراسة ميدانية بولاية سطيف
This study aims at identifying the training needs of integrated schools and vocational guidance counselors. The sample of the study was composed of 50 integrated school guidance counselors. The study was based on the descriptive analytical approach, and the study tool was the training needs questionnaire prepared by the researcher, consisted of 36 paragraphs, and distributed over three fields (school media, guidance, education of choices for pupils, counselling and accompaniment). After using the appropriate statistical methods by SPSS statistical package program (weighted average, standard deviation, relative weight). The study reached the following results: There are medium training needs for integrated school and vocational guidance counselors in the fields of school media, guidance and education of choices for pupils. Meanwhile, there are significant training needs for integrated school and vocational guidance counselors in the field of counselling and accompaniment. (Published abstract)
