This research aimed to identify the level of psychological resilience among secondary education teachers, as well as to determine whether there are statistically significant differences due to the variables of gender, specialization, and seniority. The descriptive approach was used based on the modified psychological resilience scale prepared by Abu Ghali (2017). By Nisreen Abu Dabousa (2019), and the study sample reached (120) male and female professors, who were chosen randomly. The study found a high level of psychological resilience among higher education professors, with no statistically significant differences between the averages of the psychological resilience dimension among education professors due to the variables of gender, specialization, and seniority. In these results, the necessary study was proposed to prepare constructive development programs. To develop psychological resilience and adapt to the adaptation and behaviors of continuing education professors with studies that highlight the importance of psychological resilience in their confrontation with shocks and reducing their injuries and improving the level of psychological resilience among education professors and continuing through paying attention to their problems in educational institutions.
