The study aimed to identify the degree of practice of public school principals for their supervisory role from the teachers' prospective in Palestine, according to variables: (gender, academic qualification, years of experience, and directorate), and to achieve this, the researcher used the correlational descriptive, and the study measures were applied to a random hierarchical sample that included (374) teachers, and a questionnaire consisting of two scales was used; supervisory role, outstanding performance, and it has been verified to the authenticity and consistency standards. The results have shown that: 1) The overall degree of the supervisory role of public-school principals was high and in its three areas; the field of "implementation" came in first place, while the field of "planning" came in last place. 2) The level of outstanding performance of teachers in public schools was high. The results have shown that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the estimates of the study sample members to the degree to which public school principals practice their supervisory role from the prospective of teachers' in Palestine attributed to variables: academic qualification, years of experience experience), In light of the results of the study, the researchers recommends the need to provide a guide to help teachers prepare a daily plan that is compatible with the semester plan, so that the teacher can use the lesson time in a way that ensures that its content is delivered properly to the learners.
