قراءة نقدية لواقع التكوين النفسي التربوي بالمدارس العليا للأساتذة بالجزائر : دراسة تحليلية

Despite the serious attempts of the Ministry of National Education since independence to pay attention to the formation of teachers, this file is the black point in its history, however, it did not stand by and watch, but rather tried to harness the material and human capabilities in order to achieve this challenge. However, the data in the educational field indicate that the reality of formation in Algeria is in danger due to many variables, including: poor framing, absence of training components, the fragility of training programs, and the characteristics of those trained, especially the marginalization of the role of high schools for teachers (ENS), which produced a fragile training system, which produced incompetent teachers. This research paper aims to read the reality of the formation of teachers in the educational psychological field in the higher schools for teachers (ENS), and to try to criticize it objectively, away from subjectivity, and to provide solutions that may allow saving the Algerian school.
