The outstanding Performance of Teachers from the School Principals Point of View in the Schools of Ramallah and AL- Bireh Governorate, and the differences in each of them due to gender, supervising authority, educational qualification, and years of experience. It used the descriptive approach, by applying The Outstanding Performance of Teachers from the School Principals Point of View in the Schools of Ramallah and AL- Bireh Governorate. These scales are applied to a stratified random sample, which includes 163 principals in the academic year 2021-2022. The results show that: 1) The teachers have a high level of outstanding performance of teachers, with an average of 3.72, and a percentage 74.4%, where "the assessment" is the highest, and the "professional competencies" is the lowest. 2) There are no statistically significant differences between the averages of educational supervision of teachers and its fields according to the variables, gender and educational qualification, while the differences were significant as per type of school in favor of the institution compared to other cases, and years of experience in favor of 10 years or more.
