Autism is one of the complex developmental disorders that have worsened in the last two decades. Regardless of the theories that have tried to explain the causes of its infection, researchers have identified some symptoms that characterize sufferers from this disorder, which are: the absence of social relationships and communication, inability to use language, playing stereotypes, movements frequent and stereotypical, and disturbances in visual perception. Based on these symptoms, we shall attempt in our study to help this very field to improve their visual perception abilities, This study focuses on proving the effectiveness of a specified treatment program derived from the “TEACCH” program, which is based on a set of exercises to develop visual perception among autistic children, by putting the following problematic: How effective is the designed and derived treatment program from the “TEACCH” in developing visual perception in autistic children cases? Using the experimental method, and based on the design of one group (pre- and post-measurement), on a sample consisting 5 cases of children with autism who were intentionally selected, with the help of study tools represented in: the Visual Perception Test, a Treatment Program based on the "TEACCH" program, this with the use of non-parametric statistical methods suitable for statistical treatment of the obtained results. Finally it was concluded that this applied program has a role and effectiveness in developing the visual perception carried on the study sample. This finding can be positively used to effectively take care of autistic children and improve their cognitive abilities; communicative; and even linguistics by using this program in rehabilitation classes.
