This study aimed at investigating the degree of communicating between school and community the local. The study also aimed to find out if there are statistically significant differences according to the following variables: sex, and experience. To achieve the objectives of study, the questionnaire consists of (50) items which were distributed to two sectors. After establishing the reliability and consistency of the tool, distributed to (76) who were chosen as purposive sample. The study’s result revealed that: 1) The degree of communicating between school and the local Jordanian community was in general, high level there was statistically significant difference in the degree of communicating referring to the males’ interest of communicating between school and the local Jordanian community in light of the principals to schools according to their sex, 2) There are no differences references referring to the experience variable. middle_ level communication troubles showed that there are no differences referring to the sex variable, and there are also differences back to the experience variable, while the differences aimed at the principals’ interests.
