This study aims to know the reality of organizational change among the managers of educational institutions, as a basic starting point for the application of the method of job creativity, as it requires redesign of jobs so that the director feels free and the ability to influence the circumstances surrounding the work and outputs, and to achieve this we analyzed the theoretical aspect related to organizational change and job creativity, and the preparation of a questionnaire consisting of 30 phrases distributed on the basic dimensions of organizational change, namely: (organization composition, technological development, human resource development), in addition to the dimensions of functional creativity of: (flexibility, Ability to analyze, risk, and encourage creativity) was then applied to a sample of 42 principals, including (19 primary schools, 16 intermediate, 7 secondary), and we used the descriptive and analytical method in this study that found no differences. The results showed that managers have the ability (administrative, educational, pedagogical and financial), which allows them to adopt a policy of organizational change through the embodiment of a new behavior that saves time, effort and cost, and leads to the creation of a modern system of an evolutionary nature.
