The study aimed to identify the contribution of job stability in administrative performance among employees in the directorates of education in Ad Dakhiliyah and Al Batinah South Governorates. Correlation descriptive design was used. The researchers prepared a job stability survey, which consisted of 16 items and Administrative Performance survey which consisted of 30 items. The study sample consisted of 308 employees who were selected randomly. The results showed that the level of job stability was high, while the administrative performance was moderate. Regarding correlation coefficient, there was significant positive correlation between job stability and administrative performance. According to regression, the results showed that job stability was predicted in 25% of administrative performance among employees in the directorates of education (R2=0.249). According to sex variable, the results showed that there were significant differences in job stability in favor of females, while there were no significant differences in administrative performance due to sex. Conclusion: It is necessary to provide an attractive and comfortable work environment that helps creativity and innovation, pay attention to the professional development of employees and motivate the distinguished, and conduct future studies correlating the administrative performance of employees to other variables.
