The study aims to explore the reality of the internal efficiency of the College of Education at Kuwait University as perceived by students and reveal the differences between the responses of the sample members according to the variables of (gender, specialization, school levels, and GPA). To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive methodology was applied by using a survey that was divided into five dimensions. The study sample consists of 500 students who are selected by random sampling. The results revealed that students’ perceptions of the internal efficiency of Education College were a high degree. In addition, there are no statistically significant differences in the domains of learning environment, practical education, faculty members, and assessment, while there are statistically significant differences in the programs and courses domain according to the gender variable. The study recommended activating the Student Affairs Office to identify the obstacles facing struggling students. It also recommended reconsidering graduation transcripts. (Published abstract)
