The study aims to identify the level of flexible job arrangements and workaholism, to explore the degree of contribution of flexible job arrangements, in predicting workaholism, and to reveal the differences in workaholism according to the gender, and age variables. The study sample consisted of 180 male and female teachers from contract teachers at the International Relief Agency. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared a scale of flexible job arrangements, and used the scale of workaholism prepared by (Andreassen, Hetland & Pallesen, 2014). The results showed a high level of flexible job arrangements, workaholism, and predictive ability of flexible job arrangements to workaholism. There were no differences in workaholism according to the age and gender variables, except for work engrossing branch, the differences were in favor of females. (Published abstract)
