The researchers used a test developed by them to collect the data. They applied an online training program using (ZOOM) program on the female teachers in the experimental group due to the circumstances of the Coronavirus pandemic. The findings of the study indicated the effectiveness of the training program in increasing the knowledge of evidence-based practices for female teachers as there were significant differences between the mean scores of the control and experimental group members in the post measurement in favor of the experimental group. There were significant differences among participants in the experimental group on the pre- and post-measurement in favor of the post-measurement, and the training program also contributed to the continued retention of knowledge for female teachers one month after arranging of the training program. The study concluded with several recommendations, the most notably of which are: Include in-service general education teacher training programs with topics related to evidence- based practices.
