The primary purpose of the study was to determine the general trend of moral intelligence among female Kindergarten Principals in Ha'il City- Saudi Arabia. Likewise, the study aimed to discover the relationship between moral intelligence and leadership styles, besides the differences in these two variables among the principals based on professional years of experience and contentment with their economic status. The descriptive method was adopted. The sample size consisted of 23 female Kindergarten Principals selected randomly. For data collection, the researchers applied the Moral Intelligence Scale by (Al-shawawreh, 2015) and Leadership Style Scale by (Mikhail, 2009). The study reached the following statistically significant results: moral intelligence was characterized by being positive; there was a perpetual negative correlation between moral intelligence and autocratic leadership style; there were no perpetual correlations between moral intelligence and both democratic and laissez-faire leadership styles; also, there were no differences among the principals in moral intelligence according to their contentment with their own economic status and years of professional experience; there was no difference among them in leadership styles according to contentment with their own economic status. Those with lesser years of experience adhered more to the democratic leadership style than others. Finally, training programs on moral intelligence and leadership styles were recommended, and further studies were suggested. (Published abstract)
