Given the reality of contemporary psychology and its characteristics, we can recognize that in Morocco we need a new psychology of learning, acquisition and school in general. If this is the conclusion that we have drawn from our studies on this subject over the last 30 years. The central question we have tried to answer in this article is to know what the appropriate strategy for the development and training of an educated, competent Moroccan citizen is are capable of being innovative, creative, cope with difficulties and solve problems. This is the strategy that we have analyzed and discussed through the evocation of its following main components and elements: (1) Using the principles of cognitive psychology (2) Using the knowledge of contemporary psychology (3) Using the characteristics of child psychology (4) Using of the peculiarities of dominant acquisition psychology (5) Using of the foundations of cognitive pedagogy.
