دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في تنمية الوعي الصحي لدى طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة جراء جائحة كورونا (كوفيد-19)
This study aimed to identify the role of the social worker in developing health awareness among middle school students due to the Corona (Covid 19) pandemic. The questionnaire was used (prepared by the researcher), and the results showed that there is a level of the social worker’s role in health education and awareness at a medium level from the point of view of some members of the study sample, and weak from the point of view of others. His role is on theoretical guidance and direction, and the social worker’s lack of motivation and enthusiasm to work in a team and conduct awareness campaigns and programs needed by the school community was revealed. The study also concluded that the social worker needs innovation and renewal, social expertise and health education. It was also found that providing awareness and education with information and experiences leads to a rise in health awareness. The study also found that educational social service needs flexibility and development with renewed educational needs. (Published abstract)
