The study aimed to reveal the degree of practicing sustainable leadership, and the degree of organizational learning. Also, it aimed to determine the relationship and the differences between them according to the variables of gender and experience by applying to a sample of (383) male and female teachers in the second cycle schools of basic education in Al Batinah South Governorate in Sultanate of Oman. The study followed the descriptive correlational approach by applying a two-part questionnaire with demographic data. The first part included four dimensions of sustainable leadership (human resources, strategic distribution, deep learning, Environmental and Social Responsibility), and the second part included four dimensions of organizational learning (Trusting and Collaborative Climate, taking initiatives, shared and taking, professional development). The study had several results including: 1) The teachers’ evaluation of the study sample to the degree of practicing sustainable leadership among the principals of the second cycle of basic education in the Governorate of Al Batinah South represented to a medium degree. 2) The degree of organizational learning practice from the teachers' point of view in the schools of the second cycle of basic education in the Governorate of Al Batinah South represented to a medium degree. 3) There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) for the degree of sustainable leadership practice that are attributed to the gender variable in favor of females. 4) There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) for the degree of organizational learning practice that is attributed to the gender variable in favor of females. 5) All dimensions of organizational learning can be predicted through principals' practice of sustainable leadership from the teachers' point of view in the Governorate of Al Batinah South. The study made several recommendations including: 1) Conducting a course for school principals in the governorate to raise their efficiency in light of the approach of sustainable leadership and organizational learning. 2) Developing a procedural guide on sustainable leadership and organizational learning which includes the theoretical and practical aspects of them.
