درجة ممارسة القيادة الموزعة لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية وعلاقتها بمستوى الولاء التنظيمي للمعلمين في محافظة الوسطى بسلطنة عمان
The study aimed to reveal the degree of leadership practice distributed among government school principals and its relationship to the level of organizational loyalty of teachers in the Al Wusta Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive correlation approach was used. The study population consisted of all male and female teachers in Al-Wusta Governorate during the academic year 2021\2022.They were (1129) male and female teachers and the questionnaire was applied to (287) male and female teachers. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The practice of school principals of distributed leadership in the Wusta governorate came with a (high) availability in all its dimensions, and the first dimension (vision and mission) came in the first rank in the degree of practice, while the fourth dimension(delegation of authority) came in the fourth rank, and the study also found that there are no differences statistically significant at the level (0.05≥α) due to the four study’s variables. And the study also found that the degree of the level of organizational loyalty was (high), where the second dimension (moral loyalty) came in the first rank, while the first dimension (sentimental loyalty) came in the third rank. It also found that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance(0.05≥α) about the level of organizational loyalty for teachers in government schools due to the study variables (gender- years of experience and job title). In light of the findings of the study, it recommended organizing a program of exchange visits between school principals to exchange experiences among themselves in the areas of distributed leadership, both at the governorate level and with nearby governorates, and to spread a culture of organizational loyalty within educational institutions at the level of the Sultanate, through the preparation of registered training programs electronically discusses the different dimensions of organizational loyalty among teachers.
