دور متطلبات الريادة الإستراتيجية في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية
This study aims to identify the role of strategic leadership requirements with its dimensions: (entrepreneurial leadership, structural flexibility, entrepreneurial culture, and strategic resource management) in enhancing competitive advantage in its dimensions: (expansion of educational scope, scientific research, perfection in academic performance, benchmarking) at the University of Al-Balqa Applied, based on the descriptive analytical approach, through the use of the questionnaire as a tool for the study and its application to the study community, which includes all members of the teaching staff at the university, numbering (1560) faculty members, and the study sample was formed by a simple random sample method from the study community, where the size. The sample is (269) individuals. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: 1) the requirements for applying strategic leadership at the university came to a medium degree, 2) and the competitive advantage also came to a medium degree. And based on the results of the study, it recommended a number of recommendations. (Published abstract)
