The study aims to know the level of self-affirmation and the level of life satisfaction among Omani teachers, in addition to studying the relationship between self-affirmation and the level of life satisfaction among Omani teachers in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate in Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive correlative approach was used, and tools for collecting information were the Rathus, 1973 self-assertion scale and El-Desouki's life satisfaction scale (1998) after ensuring their psychometric properties and their relevance to the nature of the study and the sample. The study standards were applied to a sample of (350) Omani teachers in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate. The study result showed that the level of self-assertion of the Omani teachers in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate was average, and the level of life satisfaction was high. There is a positive, statistically significant correlation at the significance level (0.01) between the total score of the self-affirmation scale and the total score of the life satisfaction scale amounted to (0.177**) at the significance level (0.01).Also this study shows there are no statistically significant differences in the level of self-affirmation (in the total scale) for Omani teachers in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman due to the variable years of experience and specialization. There are statistically significant differences in the level of self-assertion (in the total scale) for Omani teachers in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman due to the gender variable and in favor of males. There are no statistically significant differences in the level of satisfaction (in the total scale) for Omani teachers in the Governorate of Al Dakhiliyah in the Sultanate of Oman due to the variable gender, years of experience and specialization. In light of the previous results, the study recommended helping Omani teachers to raise their level of self-assertion and the continuity of their high level of life satisfaction, which would contribute to the development of their life and career reality through training courses and counseling programs and investing in modern technological means, including social media.
