The study aims to investigate the reality of the competitive advantage of private schools in Hebron Directorate of Education from the point of view of principals and teachers, and the impact of variables (job location, gender, years of experience) in that, the study used the descriptive analytical approach, and qualitative approach, the study used a questionnaire and the interview two tools for the study, where the questionnaire consisted of (4) domains: (leadership, quality of educational services, quality of human resources, quality of material resources), and the interview tool included (4) questions. study population consisted of (648) male and female principals and teachers. The study tool was applied to (30%) of the statistical population, where the questionnaire sample reached (194), and they were selected by random stratified method. The study concluded the following results: The reality of the competitive advantage of private schools in Hebron Directorate of Education from the point of view of principals and teachers came with a high degree for the overall degree, and for all domains of the questionnaire in descending order: quality of material resources, leadership, quality of human resources, and quality of educational services. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≥0.05) in the averages of the estimates of the study sample members about the reality of competitive advantage among private schools in Hebron Directorate of Education from the point of view of principals and teachers attributed to the variables to the job location and gender, and there were differences attributed to the variable of years of experience in favor of those with less than (5) years of experience. Also, the results of the interview were highly consistent with the results of the domains of the questionnaire. Through the interviewees, the study was able to identify the procedures taken by the school leadership to achieve parents’ satisfaction, and the mechanisms for achieving educational services in private schools. The results of the interview also showed the mechanisms used to take care of human resources, and the material advantages in schools. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: the need to raise attention to the quality of educational services provided, to hold awareness meetings for students about public safety precautions, to train students on the correct mechanisms to face any emergency, to provide paper libraries for students, and to develop clear programs and mechanisms to urge students to read and research, in order to refine their personalities and develop their potential.
