This study aimed to identify the achievement motivation and its relationship to the professional maturity of secondary school students among Arab students in the city of Rahat according to the following variables: (gender, age, academic branch). The first semester of the academic year 2021-2022. The two researchers used the descriptive analytical approach, where the random stratified sample of the study consisted of (400) male and female students. Calculate the Cronbach alpha coefficient. The study reached the following conclusion: 1) The level of achievement motivation among Arab secondary school students in the city of Rahat from the students' point of view was great, as the arithmetic mean of the total score for the level of achievement motivation reached (3.92) and a percentage (78.4%). 2) The level of professional maturity among Arab secondary school students in the city of Rahat from the students' point of view was average, as the arithmetic mean of the total degree of professional maturity was (3.65) and a percentage of (73.0%). 3) There is a positive direct correlation between achievement motivation on the one hand and the professional maturity of Arab secondary school students in the city of Rahat on the other hand. (0.544) with a statistical significance (0.000). 4) There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample members on the achievement motivation scale among Arab secondary school students in the city of Rahat due to the variable of gender and grade. 5) There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample members on the achievement motivation scale among Arab secondary school students in the city of Rahat due to the academic field variable, in favor of the scientific branch students. 6) There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample members on the professional maturity scale among Arab secondary school students in Rahat city due to the variable of gender and grade. 7) There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample members on the scale of professional maturity among Arab secondary school students in the city of Rahat due to the academic branch variable, in favor of the scientific branch students. In light of the study results, the study recommended a number of recommendations, including Recommendations for achievement motivation: 1) Develop tools for follow-up and evaluation in analyzing achievement motivation, and developing high quality models; It includes measurable indicators, to identify and strengthen the strengths of secondary school students, and weaknesses and address them. 2) The necessity of paying attention to enhancing the achievement motivation of secondary school students and providing an educational environment that allows them to freedom of participation, expression and exchange of ideas, providing opportunities for self-responsibility, and enhancing opportunities for independence and self-reliance. 3) Increasing awareness programs in secondary schools to develop the level of achievement motivation among students there. Developing the skills of ways to provoke achievement motivation as it is a good predictor of the level of average achievement and academic achievement of students at the secondary stage in Rahat city.
