This study aimed at knowing the degree of school crisis management practice among government school principals in Hebron Governorate before, during and after the crisis from the teachers' point of view. It also aimed at finding out the effect of some variables (teacher’s gender, school principal's gender, school type, number of school students, teachers years of experience) on the results of the study. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method adopting the questionnaire as a study tool as it meets the purpose of the study. The questionnaire consisted of (40) paragraphs, distributed on (3) domains. The first domain is subdivided into 'before the occurrence' of the crisis' with (13) items, 'during the occurrence of the crises’ with 15 items, and 'after the occurrence of the crisis' with (12) items. The tool was distributed to (203) male and female teachers working in the Central District of Hebron. A stratified random sample was used in this study. Results of the study showed the following: The degree of school crisis management practice among government school principals in Hebron governorate was high, and that school principals have a pre-conception of any emergency crisis on all domains of the questionnaire (before, during, and after the crisis(, and The ability of managers to deal with a crisis before it occurs is much greater than their ability to deal with it after its occurrence, and There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) in means of school crisis management among government school principals from the teachers' point of view due to the variables (teacher’s gender, school principal’s gender, school type, number of students at school, years of experience), and That school administrators involve the local community in finding solutions to crises, and that the community has a role in overcoming crises and helping the staff to manage school crises, and A significant role was played by the official authorities such as the directorates of education in assisting schools to help them to deal with these crises, and School principals have their future visions of dealing with the crises they may face. Followings are some recommendations stated by the researcher: Based on the results of the main question, it is necessary to continue the integration between the public, middle and school administration through brochures, posters, seminars and physical& moral support, and The necessity of having everlasting coordination between schools, regardless of their primary or secondary type in order to have joint efforts in facing any emergency crisis., and Working on designing training programs that develop the capacities of managers and their competencies in the practical application of expected crises scenario in the school level. The training programs should not be limited to theoretical side, but rather providing them with the practical side of the crises expected to occur in schools. Teachers and students should also be trained on the expected scenarios, and having a special section for crises using social media services and other websites that concern with communication between homes and schools. This section is concerned with crises that may happen in the school. There is also a need to deal with the possibility of preventing them if they happen in the forthcoming days. (Author’s abstract)
