The study aimed to suggesting some determinants (cognitive, affective and skillful) to accept children in the kindergarten stage. The study sample consisted of (220) kindergarten teachers, (47) kindergarten supervisors and (330) parents, the researcher used determinants questionnaire. He used standard deviation, mean, correlation, T test, One Way and scheffe test. The results of the study showed: 1) there is an agreement between the teachers, the supervisors, the parents on the cognitive affective, and the skillful determinants to accept children in the kindergarten stage. 2) The order of the cognitive, emotional and skillful determinants to accept children in the kindergarten stage differs in the questionnaire according to the vision of the kindergarten teachers, the supervisors and the parents. 3) There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the kindergarten teachers when identifying the skillful determinants to accept children in the kindergarten stage due to their address in favor of the rural teachers. 4) There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of kindergarten teachers when identifying the cognitive and skillful determinants to accept children in the kindergarten stage due to their years of experience in favour of the teachers with ten or more years of experience.
