The current research aims at identifying the effectiveness of e-learning from the point of view of at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University’s female students. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher used the descriptive survey method due to its appropriateness. The research sample was randomly selected as the study’s tool was applied to a sample consisting of 375 female students of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University in Al-Kharj Governorate, throughout the University. The questionnaire was used as the research’s main tool. The results of the research have shown the following: 1) It was found that the female students of Prince Sattam University have highly positive attitudes towards the status of e-learning at the university, as the average approval of the research sample members, regarding the status of e-learning at Prince Sattam University, was (3.49 out of 5.00). 2) It was found that the female students of Prince Sattam University approved the challenges they face in e-learning, research sample members, as the average approval of the research sample members, regarding the challenges facing female students in e-learning at Prince Sattam University was (3.56 out of 5.00), and the most notable challenges were the lack of the proper technical support upon encountering a problem in e-learning, and the fact that there were difficulties in receiving information through the e-learning platform. 3) There were no statistically significant differences in the opinions of the research sample at the (0.05≥∝) level towards its axes, attributed to the variables of "academic department, educational level". Based on the results of the research, the researcher recommended the following: 1) The need to activate e-learning alongside direct education to enhance the digital skills of the students. 2) The need to improve and develop the quality of electronic platforms. 3) The need to develop easy-to-use guides and provide direct technical support to solve technical problems, facing students while using online e-learning platforms.
