إستخدام التعلم الاستراتيجي لتنمية مهارات إدارة المعرفة واتخاذ القرار والتحصيل الدراسي في مقرر العلوم المتكاملة لدى الطلاب المعلمين بكلية التربية
The aim of the current research is to determine the effectiveness of using strategic learning in developing knowledge management skills, decision-making, and academic achievement in the integrated science course among student teachers at the College of Education. The research group consisted of students of the fourth year, the Chemistry Department, in the specific and regular programs at the Faculty of Education, Mansoura University, for the academic year 2021-2022. They were divided into two groups, one of them was an experimental group, and consisted of (37) students from the specific program of the Chemistry Department, and a control group, which consisted of (38) students from the regular program of the Department of Chemistry. The instruments and materials of the current research included measures of knowledge management skills and decision-making skills, an achievement test in the integrated science course, a faculty member’s guide, and student worksheets and the experimental method was used. The research relied on designing pre-post quasi-experimental processors, and this was done through two groups, an experimental and a control group. The research found the effectiveness of using strategic learning in developing knowledge management, decision-making and achievement skills among student teachers. The research presented some recommendations and proposed research, including paying attention to training faculty members on the use of strategic learning in teaching various courses, reorganizing the courses that are being taught to the student teachers in the scientific departments using strategic learning to include their acquisition of knowledge management skills.
