The research aims to reveal the effectiveness of a proposed program to teach history using interactive hologram technology to develop the skills of searching for evidence and making historical decisions for teachers of third grade preparatory pupils, by identifying their needs to develop their history teaching skills and preparing the proposed program using the technology of hologram to develop their research skills. The researcher followed the descriptive and quasi-experimental research methodology in writing the theoretical framework, building and controlling the tools and conducting the research experiment and then reaching the results that confirmed the effectiveness of the program in developing the historical decision making skills of the teachers of the third preparatory pupils followed by the researcher's conclusion of the relevant recommendations and proposed research.
