The current search aimed to identify the effect of using a program based on digital primary sources to develop survey skills among History section, Faculty of Education students. The search group consisted of (30) students of third year history section, studied some topics of history subject using digital primary sources. The search tools were survey skills test, that was applied pre- and post to the search group. The results of the search asserted the effectiveness of using the program that based on digital primary sources to develop survey skills among history section, faculty of Education students. Moreover, the search recommended the need to use the program that based on digital primary sources in teaching history at all different educational stages, and the need to train teachers on the basis and procedures of its use because of its desired educational objectives.
