أثر التطبيقات الذكية على الرعاية الصحية
This study aims to identify the impact of smart applications on healthcare at King Abdulaziz University Hospital, Jeddah. In order to achieve this goal, the researcher used a descriptive and analytical approach, and a questionnaire was designed as a study tool for the purpose of collecting data, where the study community represented all the staff of doctors, nurses, administrators, and technicians included in the University Hospital Shefaa system and application. The survey was distributed to all 355 University Hospital employees, and the number of responses obtained by the researcher reached 316. The study came to many conclusions, the most important of which was: the Shefa application has become an effective main channel of communication between healthcare providers and beneficiaries. The study also reached several recommendations, the most important of which are: to prepare and train employees to use smart applications well, enact strict laws that guarantee all rights for users and reduce the risks faced by smart applications. The study also recommended the need to keep up with modern technologies in the field of software, which achieve the goals of users, and build them in an easy and attractive way to be used as hoped.
