To achieve this purpose, the study adopted the descriptive analytic research design, and utilized the questionnaire to collect data from a sample of (200) student- Counselors who were selected in a simple random sampling procedure. Findings of this study revealed the existence of different obstacles distributed among three domains: students- related obstacles which ranked first among the obstacles, parents-related obstacles which ranked second and teachers-related obstacles which ranked last. Moreover, findings showed that there is no significant statistical difference between the means of the participants’ responses at the level of (α=0.05) in reference to the study controlling variables. The study concluded with a recommendation addressed to the Ministry of Teaching to reconsider the electronic workshops directed to teachers and parents. In addition, the study recommended to provide more electronic platforms and sites for electronic counselling for elementary students in public schools to reduce the obstacles that students’ counselors are facing.
