The research aimed to design an e-learning platform based on the interaction between the sharing style (sequential/collective) and its level (teacher/teacher and learner) to develop digital teaching skills and digital citizenship among students of the Computer Teacher Preparation Division in the faculties of specific education, as well as to treat poor digital teaching skills. This is done through the interaction between the pattern of participation (sequential / aggregate) and its level (teacher / teacher and learner) in the appropriate e-learning platforms for students of the Faculty of Specific Education and the interaction with regard to their impact on both the cognitive and performance aspects of digital teaching skills, and the development of their digital citizenship. This has been applied The research on students of the Faculty of Specific Education in the third year of the Faculty of Specific Education, Zagazig University, in the digital citizenship course for the academic year 2021/2022, and it was found from the application of experimental treatment and to measure digital teaching skills, a knowledge achievement test related to digital teaching skills was applied through educational websites and platforms, in favor of the application The post-achievement test, the skill performance evaluation card, the evaluation card of the interactive digital lessons produced by students, and to measure digital citizenship for students, the digital citizenship scale was applied, and the research concluded that there is a statistically significant difference at the significance level ≤ (0.05), between the mean The scores of the students of the experimental groups in the digital citizenship scale in the e-learning platforms are due to the effect of the difference in the level of participation (teacher / teacher and learner). There is a statistically significant difference, at the level of significance ≤ (0.05), between the mean scores of students of the experimental groups in the digital citizenship scale in e-learning platforms due to the effect of the interaction between the style of sharing (sequential/collective) and the level of participation (teacher/teacher and learner)" in the post-application It has a clear effect on the students of the research sample.
