The research aimed to develop a system for mobile formative tests with two types of advance organizers (text - infographic) in an e-learning management system, and find their impact on developing female student teacher's cognitive achievement, reducing electronic test anxiety, and their impressions about it, compared to mobile formative tests without advance organizer. In order to achieve this goal, the researcher used the Developmental research method, the qualitative research method, and applied Mohammed El Desouky (2012) ISD model in developing the mobile formative tests with either two types of advanced organizer (text – infographic) or without an advance organizer in an e -learning environment based on Ain Shams University LMS (ASU2learn). The researcher used the extension of the one group Pretest, Posttest Design in three different treatments. The research sample was composed of (75) female students, the third year, Educational Psychology Department, at Faculty of Women, Ain Shams University, which were randomly divided into three experimental groups. The research tools consisted of a pre-post achievement test, an E-test anxiety scale, and an open questionnaire to identify female teacher's impressions about mobile formative tests, and types of advanced organizers. The research experiment was conducted, and the hypotheses were tested. The results revealed the effectiveness of mobile formative tests with two types of advanced organizers (text - infographic) on developing post-cognitive achievement, gain in achievement, and reducing e-test anxiety, compared to mobile formative tests without advance organizer. Also, the results demonstrated the equal effect of both (text - infographic) advance organizers in mobile formative tests on post cognitive achievement, gain in achievement, and reducing e-test anxiety. Moreover, the qualitative analysis of student teachers' responses confirmed that the female student teachers had positive impressions towards the use of the mobile formative tests with advance organizers. The female teachers preferred using infographic advance organizers in mobile formative tests, as they were more attractive and interesting than textual outlines. In light of these results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and suggestions. (Published abstract)
