The research aims to determine the most appropriate style for displaying the content (the total to the part) versus (the part to the total) in the appropriate micro-learning environment for students who have (high - low) achievement motivation, with their impact on the cognitive and performance aspect of computer maintenance skills. The experimental design depends on (2 * 2) that the experimental design includes the independent variable pattern of content presentation (total to part) versus (part total), the categorical variable and the achievement motivation (high - low), and the dependent variable came to include both cognitive achievement and skill performance. For computer maintenance skills, the research sample consisted of (50) students from the fourth year students of educational technology. The results of the research resulted in the presence of a statistically significant difference at the level ≤ 0.01 between the average scores of the groups in the cognitive achievement test for computer maintenance skills, and the observation card for computer maintenance skills when studying through the micro-learning environment due to the main effect of the content presentation style, in favor of the group. Which used the content presentation style (whole to part), as well as the results indicated that there was no statistically significant difference at the level ≤ 0.05 between the mean scores of the students of the experimental groups due to the main effect of the level of achievement motivation among students (high/low) achievement motivation. Also, there was no effect of the interaction between the two independent variables of research in both the test and the note card. The research recommended employing micro-learning and directing the attention of educators and specialists to increasing interest in micro-learning environments because of their important role in modifying learners’ behavior, enriching their experiences and skills, and benefiting from micro-learning in displaying skills, developing learners’ knowledge and practical concepts, and the efficiency of their learning, and raising the level of mastery of skills. Also, the research suggested conducting studies on the impact of the interaction between the patterns of content presentation in the micro-learning environment and the learning style (individual - participatory) and its impact on the development of skills and motivation for achievement, as well as studying the impact of the different types of support in the micro-learning environment on the development of achievement with the existence of the impact of learning among students with (High and low) motivation for achievement.
