The aim of the research is to inform about the burnout levels that are presented in Alfaqid Almalaahi (boys only) school administration in Ghayl Ba Wazir and discovering the reasons that cause this phenomenon and identify its dimensions and suggesting suitable solutions to solve it. And in order to achieve these goals we have designed a resolution that measures the burnout levels, the researcher have also used interviews in order to know the reasons of burnout using quantitative and qualitative methods. The research community includes all the school administrators who their number is five. The research have summarized the most important reasons that cause burnout in the school administration and these include: difficulty of roles and tasks given to administrator that opposes reality, the huge number of tasks and responsibilities that the administrator take and the decrease of community support. In terms of the dimensions of burnout it shows that the total level of repeated burnout due to emotional breakdown is moderate while due to mistreatment of others is low and due to the feeling of underachieving is high. In the end we have presented few number of solutions to overcome this problem and these are: not exaggerating the expectations of the tasks given to the administrators, creating a detailed description of the tasks required to be performed by the administrator, restrict a period of time to receive complains and research them with colleagues, and financially supporting community organizations.
