دور التعلم التنظيمي كمتغير وسيطي في العلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة وأخلاقيات العمل
The current study aims to examine the relationship between knowledge management and work ethic through the mediating role of the organizational learning variable. The data were collected from a sample of the Sonelgaz company. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to assess the validity and reliability of measures, and to test the validity of the research hypotheses. Results confirm the validity of most hypotheses, and the study was concluded with a discussion and some recommendations. (Published abstract)
