The study aimed to identify the future roles of school principals in light of the trend towards a knowledge society from the point of view of school principals in Dhahran Al-Janoub. And information and communication technology. The researcher also used the easy sampling method by converting the questionnaire into an electronic link and circulating it to the members of the study community, and the number of respondents was (82) male and female managers, and at a rate of (79.6%) of the study population of (103). The results of the study concluded that the future roles of school principals in light of the orientation towards the knowledge society in the first dimension: building the knowledge society came to a very large degree, and the results also showed that the future roles of school principals in light of the orientation towards the knowledge society in the second dimension: information and communication technology It came very much. The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) for the future roles of school principals in the light of the trend towards a knowledge society from the point of view of principals due to gender variables (male, female), and experience. Recommended study to facilitate executive procedures and regulations in schools, finding creative and innovative ways to take advantage of the technological capabilities available in schools, as well as making use of social networking sites to spread knowledge inside and outside schools.
