برنامج مقترح لتطوير أداء مديري مدارس التعليم العام في السودان في ضوء نظرية سيرز
The study aimed to present a proposed program for developing the administrative performance of general education school principals in Sudan, which is represented in jobs (planning, organizing, directing and controlling) in light of management theory as jobs for the world sears. The researcher has used in his study his analysis of the Sears's theory and knowledge of the benefit that can be provided to school administrators, as well as a set of previous studies that dealt with the reality of school administration in Sudan. The researcher used the descriptive method. The study reached many results, the most important of which are: general education schools in Sudan suffer from many problems that negatively affected administrative performance inside schools, designing a proposed program to clarify how to overcome problems that hinder administrative performance within schools, especially with regard to functions (planning, organizing, directing, and controlling). He study also concluded with several recommendations, the most prominent of which are: the necessity of paying attention to applying the proposed program and presenting it to school principals, encouraging school administrators to familiarize themselves with and benefit from the great knowledge openness in developing themselves and transforming from mere principals to leaders they depend on in making future generations.
