The aim of the research is to build a training program to develop the skills of kindergarten teachers using alternative evaluation methods and to know its impact on the integration of kindergarten children in learning. For the purpose of the research, a list of skills for using alternative evaluation methods, a note card, a measure of integration into learning, and a training program were prepared. The research procedures and results included: Selecting a group of kindergarten teachers of (28) teachers to implement the proposed program on them, and the results of the research showed by comparing the performance of these teachers in the pre and post applications of the note card that there are statistically significant differences between the two performances in favor of the post performance. The effectiveness of this program was also evident in developing the skills of using kindergarten teachers for alternative evaluation methods, and this was proven by calculating the adjusted earnings percentage that came (24.1). In order to know the effect of the program on the integration of kindergarten children into learning, a group of kindergarten children who are taught by the trainee teachers were selected, their number reached (70) children and girls, and the scale of integration into learning was applied to them before starting the application of the program, then the scale was applied again after applying The program, and from comparing the performance of these children in the pre and post applications, it became clear that there are differences between the two performances in favor of the post performance, and these differences are statistically significant, and as evidenced by the effect of (0.92), that the proposed program has a high impact on the integration of children. In light of the findings of the research, it recommended the necessity of training kindergarten teachers before and during service in the use of alternative evaluation methods, as well as the need to develop kindergarten curricula in light of the requirements of alternative evaluation strategies and methods.
