The current research aimed to reveal the reality of the performance of adult teachers in Egypt in the light of the developments of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and the questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, and the questionnaire was asked to a random sample of teachers in the field of adult education in the adult education authority in Egypt number (35) teachers, and the study concluded an increase in the level of many cognitive, emotional and skill aspects associated with the Fourth Industrial Revolution with limitations in some elements, including the skills of using artificial intelligence in the adult education process. in light of the results, the study recommended a number of recommendations, including the development of curricula offered to students of the faculty of education so that it complies with the requirements of the revolution as well as increasing scientific research aimed at revealing the availability of knowledge and skills related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution among adult learners.
