Introduction and problem research: Caring for the handicapped is considered a noble human and civilized principle that emphasizes the rights of the disabled and works to provide them with appropriate opportunities so that they can integrate with others to a reasonable degree. The deaf and dumb group is at the forefront of the groups with special needs, and together they represent a serious social problem. Adms 2005 agrees. Iqbal Bashir, Iqbal Makhlouf 2003 and Mustafa Fahmy 1999 that the deaf and dumb group are unable to participate in the practice of some sporting activities that do not suit them because hearing loss is one of the most severe types of sensory loss affecting the individual's behavior because it depends on the person to know what is going on in his Forming his experiences and determining his relationships with the environment in which he lives, as the loss of this sense is a very delicate problem facing the workers in the rehabilitation and education of the hearing-impaired, as the matter of their education and training is one of the most difficult and severe areas because it requires experience and patience on the part of the working team with them. To develop some elements of physical fitness by using small games for this category, as small games are considered one of the important recreational activities in the field of physical education suitable for all ages and both sexes alike, and it is one of the main components of any physical education program and it is preferred by many because it is close to the nature of the individual and his tendencies in addition to its important role In the physical and movement growth that the individual returns from practicing it, as it works to make the body able to move with the least amount of energy, research importance: Trying to direct the behavior of these children to an effective and acceptable behavior that occupies their spare time by practicing recreational and sports activities, especially karate. Improving the physical condition and some elements of children's physical fitness through the proposed physical - recreational program. The aim of the research: Identify the effect of the physical recreational program on the level of the first kata skills to develop some elements of physical fitness among deaf and dumb children. Research hypotheses: There are statistically significant differences between the pre-measurement and the post measurement of the research sample in the power component of velocity in favor of post-measurement. There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurement of the research sample in the performance bearing component in favor of the post measurement. There are statistically significant differences between the pre-measurement and the post-measurement of the research sample in the velocity component in favor of the post-measurement. Search procedures: Research Methodology. The two researchers used the experimental method by designing the experimental design of one group, following the two dimensions appropriate to the nature of the study. Research community. Deaf and dumb female students in Al-Amal School in Kafr El-Sheikh, which numbered 15 students, ranging in age from (10-12 years). Research sample: The two researchers selected the research sample by the deliberate method from the fifth-grade pupils of elementary school at Al-Amal School for the Deaf and the Dumb in Kafr El-Sheikh for the academic year 2020- 2021 AD and the total number of the basic research sample was 8 (female students). Al-Amal School: 4 deaf and dumb pupils. Methods of data collection: First: Physical tests attached (1). Second: Skill tests attached (2). Third: The educational program attached (3). Fourth: The physical program - Recreation (4) Conclusions: In light of the objectives of the research being followed and within the limits of the nature of the sample, and based on the statistical treatments of the results and their interpretation, the researchers reached the following conclusions: The proposed physical-recreational program has a positive effect on developing some physical fitness components for deaf and dumb pupils. There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurement in some skill tests of the two elements of force characterized by velocity and performance tolerance in favor of the post measurement. The proposed physical-recreational program has a positive effect on developing some of the first kata skills for deaf and dumb children. Recommendations; In light of the results obtained in this research, the researchers recommend the following: The necessity of studying the possibility of applying karate as a curriculum for the different stages of education for deaf and dumb children. Directing attention towards preparing specialized scientific cadres to study the characteristics of this group at different age stages and developing recreational and other physical programs for other sports that are commensurate with the characteristics of the age and maturity levels. Conducting a similar study on different age stages of the deaf and dumb. (Published abstract)
