الحاجات النفسية وعلاقتها بمستوى الطموح لدى الطلبة الجامعيين : دراسة ميدانية في جامعة خميس مليان
The current study aimed to know the relationship of psychological needs to the level of ambition among students of guidance and direction at the University of Jilali Bounaama. In order to collect data, they are as follows: Abu Dawiya’s Psychological Needs Scale (2012) and Abu Latifa’s Ambition Level Scale (2016). This study came to answer the following questions: What is the level of psychological needs of university students? What is the level of ambition of university students? Is there a statistically significant correlation between the psychological needs and the level of ambition among the students of the University of Djilali in Bounama? In this study, the researchers relied on a set of statistical methods, and the data were processed according to the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), and the most important results of the study were as follows: a high level of psychological needs among university students, a high level of ambition among university students, there is a positive direct correlation Between the psychological needs and the level of ambition, that is, the higher the psychological needs, the higher the level of ambition among university students.
