The current research aims to propose strategies that may enhance the training needs of faculty members at Menoufia University in the light of the digital age requirements. The descriptive approach research was applied due to its relevance to the research nature. A questionnaire was applied as a research tool on a sample of faculty members at Menoufia University, (n= 360) faculty members with a percentage of 15% from the research community (of total= 2403) faculty member at Menoufia University. The study revealed a set of training needs of faculty members in light of the digital age requirements, namely: (cloud computing, e-learning management systems LMS, e-tests, e-courses, digital books, virtual classes, interactive e-videos). The research presented some proposed strategies that may enhance the training needs of faculty members at Menoufia University in the light the digital age requirements. (Published abstract)
