This research aims at building the mechanisms of outsourcing that can be applied to prepare home economics’ students in order to meet the requirements of the labor market. This research addresses the theoretical framework of outsourcing and preparing home economics’ students in the light of the requirements of the labor market and the reality of the preparation. The application side includes four themes: the preparation of home economics’ students, mechanisms of outsourcing, the role of these mechanisms in the preparation of home economics’ students and the obstacles that prevent the activation of the mechanisms of outsourcing. The themes were formed into a questionnaire which was conducted on some faculty members in the field of home economics to get the mechanisms of outsourcing that can be used to develop the preparation of home economics’ students in order to meet the requirements of the labor market. The research found out some mechanisms: supporting the students' activities that are related to their specialization, encouraging private sector in order to take part in the field of the construction and equipment of laboratories, the support of outsourcing and the specialized programs, making laws that organize the outsourcing between the faculty and local community, linking strategic plans to outsourcing mechanisms and needs, interest in holding seminars that contain the faculty staff and businessmen to discuss the possibility of outsourcing between the faculty and the local community institutions, monitoring the needs and changes of the local labor market and taking advantage of them for improving the performance, and it is necessary to establish a special unit for outsourcing.
