The researcher's objective is to review the applied technological school system and the philosophy of establishing these schools. The research used the prescriptive curriculum, which was illustrated by the perspective of the concept of applied technological schools, reviewing the system of admission to applied technological schools and how it differs completely and partially from the traditional admission systems of the Ministry's technical schools, with a view to selecting the best advanced elements of study in these distinguished schools. With regard to the rules and procedures for the selection and evaluation of teachers and administrators in applied technological schools, the researcher explained how the Ministry and the industrial partner are recruiting them and how they follow the latest school management systems in applied technological schools. The researcher then reviewed the practical training mechanisms of applied technological schools. (Published abstract)
