The aim of the study is to find out the educational factors that contributed to the Imbalance of valuable practices among students from the view point of secondary school teachers, By revealing how each of the recent educational reforms (2003) on the one hand, and the functional disorders of the public school on the other have contributed to the disruption of these practices, In addition to the poor educational compatibility between socialization institutions and the educational institution. The results of the study showed that the new educational reform (2003) had contributed significantly to the decline in value practices among students, It has been confirmed that there is a deep gap between the theoretical discourse on values and their education in the components and objectives of these reforms and the actual practice of them in the reality of the students, The results also revealed that poor educational compatibility between socialization institutions and the Algerian public school has contributed to the disruption of the value practices of students to a very large extent, it was found that the functional problems of the Algerian Public School also contributed to the Imbalance in the students evaluative practices, but with an intermediate degree.
