The study aimed at: 1) identifying the availability degree of the electronic educational supervision requirements in kindergartens of Gaza Governorates from the perspective of kindergartens’ principals and nannies, 2) examining whether or not there were statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) among the mean scores of the sample's assessments of the availability degree of the electronic educational supervision requirements in kindergartens of Gaza governorates due to the study variables: job title, years of service, scientific qualification, and kindergarten’s ownership and 3) it aimed at identifying means of activating the availability degree of electronic educational supervision in Kindergartens of Gaza governorates. To achieve the aims of the study, the researcher used the descriptive-analytical and qualitative method. She utilized a questionnaire, interviews and focus groups to gather data. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample which involved (67) female kindergartens’ principals and (279) kindergartens’ nannies. Interviews were held with some education specialists and experts in order to get the current study recommendations. In addition to implementing a focus group aiming to get the suggested means of activating the availability degree of electronic educational supervision in kindergartens of Gaza governorates. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used in order to process the statistical data. After analyzing the study results and interpreting them, the key results were the following: 1) The availability degree of the electronic educational supervision requirements in kindergartens of Gaza governorates from the perspective of kindergartens’ principals and kindergartens’ nannies was medium and the relative weight was (55.25%). 2) there were no statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) among the mean scores of the sample's assessments of the availability degree of the electronic educational supervision requirements in kindergartens of Gaza governorates due to the study variables: job title, years of service, scientific qualification, and kindergarten’s ownership, and depending on the previous results, the researcher recommended the following: 1) creating certified educational electronic sites to show demonstration lessons for kindergartens’ nannies supervised by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in coordination with kindergartens' supervisors in public Education sections in education directorate. 2) effective coordination between the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and kindergartens from one side and interested institutions from the other side to improve the circumstances (environment) of electronic educational supervision. 3) provide the appropriate circumstances needed for the kindergartens’ nannies' communication with their supervisors via various modern communication means. 4) It is highly recommended that the Ministry of Education and Higher Education set a list of rules and regulations that support applying the electronic educational supervision.
