Research aims to measure the impact of strategic concepts cartoon in achievement in mathematics and lateral thinking of first grade students average. The researcher used a design set equal part between the two groups (experimental and control), and promising two tests, one achievement and the other for lateral thinking and it was from the search results of the experimental group that studied strategy cartoon concepts to the control group that studied in the usual way in the collection and thinking.
