مهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي المدرسي لدى مديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة مسقط في سلطنة عمان
The study aimed to recognize the role of strategic planning skills towards the principals of basic schools in Muscat governorate in Sultanat of Oman, to achieve the goals an instrument was constructed including (23) items distributed into three domains (vision, mission, internal and external environment). The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were checked following reasonable method. It was applied on a random sample consisted of (30) male and female principles from Muscat governorate basic schools. The results indicated that the individuals of the sample are aware of applying educational strategies in their school. The researchers recommended that principle should be trained on strategic planning skills and applying that in school area. (Published abstract)
