الدعم التنظيمي المدرك وعلاقته بممارسة مديري المدارس للقيادة المرتكزة على المبادئ من وجهة نظر المعلمين في المدارس الثانوية الفلسطينية
The aim of the research is to identify perceived organizational support and its relationship to school principals' practice of leadership based on principles from the point of view of teachers in Palestinian secondary schools. The research sample consisted of (300) secondary school teachers in the Directorate of Ramallah and Al-Bireh and the directorate of Bethlehem. Research tools: a questionnaire of perceiving organizational support for teachers, and a questionnaire of school principals' practice of leadership based on principles from the teachers' point of view, and the researcher used the quantitative and qualitative mixture method, and the results of the current research found that there is a statistical index at the level of (0.05) between the averages of teachers' responses to the degree of availability of perceived organizational support provided by Palestinian schools due to the educational qualification variable (Master's and above), and there are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the averages of the degree of school principals' practice of leadership based on principles from the teachers’ point of view, it is attributed to the educational qualification variable (Master’s and above), and there is a statistically significant correlation at the level (0.05) between the degree of perceived organizational uncle in Palestinian secondary schools and principals' practice of principled leadership from teachers' perspective.
