The aim of the current research is to reveal the effectiveness of the electronic support style (fixed/flexible) in the mobile learning environment in developing the skills of producing interactive video programs among student education technology specialists. Quality Benha University, the field trainees numbered (64) male and female students, and they were divided into two experimental groups. The research tools were applied, which consisted of an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect about interactive video production skills and a note card for interactive video production skills beforehand, then the experiment was applied, then the research tools were re-applied. Dimensionally, the research found that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the two experimental groups in the cognitive and skill aspect of interactive video production in favor of the experimental group with a flexible electronic support style. The researcher recommended a number of recommendations, including: The necessity of activating mobile learning environments in various fields of learning In particular, information-rich learning courses, and working on training educational technology specialists students to use the innovations of The need to hold training courses for educational technology specialists working in schools and educational departments on interactive video programs and other innovations of university courses in the Department of Educational Technology in order to keep pace with academic development constantly, and to continue to research and experiment with new methods and different types of electronic support provided For students through electronic learning environments of all kinds because of the effectiveness of support and electronic environments in encouraging students to move and form positive attitudes towards learning.
